Dear editor,
Recently I found a girl crying at Rubangura stage after her property was stolen. She sobbed a lot for her bag that included a phone, her school fees and even the newly given national identity card.
This girl had been at that particular stage for hours waiting for a friend who promised to find her there. This reminded me of not less than a week ago similar incident in nature, but which occurred on a different stage.
A young woman also complained of her stolen phone that was taken away by unknown people who corned her. But when I tried to find out what had happened, like any other responsible citizen, I found out that these places turned out to be meeting places.
People call each other to meet at Rubangura, but forget that it is also a point of meeting for thieves. I therefore want to call upon those people that have made Rubangura stage a meeting point, to look for an alternative before they lose more of their valuables and start lamenting.
