Refer to the story, "Military action against FDLR long overdue – Mushikiwabo” (The New Times, August 15). Looks like there are some efforts to continuously buy time for the genocidal outfit FDLR, the root cause of instability in the Great Lakes Region of Africa. We have heard this broken record about keeping the military option against them on the table for so long that we would need to be stupid to believe it this time around.
