September 22nd, 2023 - CorpsAfrica/Rwanda is delighted to announce the recruitment and deployment of 80 dedicated Volunteers for its upcoming Cohort 5. These committed individuals are poised to embark on a transformative journey aimed at effecting positive change within the most vulnerable communities in Rwanda.
Commencing on August 14, 2023, they all embarked on a comprehensive month-long Pre-Service Training. This training program equips them with indispensable skills in Human-Centered Design and Asset-Based Community Development, forming the bedrock of their entire experience. These tools enable them to adeptly facilitate development initiatives across various sectors, fostering holistic community growth.
This momentous opportunity has been realized through a strategic 5-year partnership between CorpsAfrica and the Mastercard Foundation. This collaboration is designed to empower young individuals in Africa, empowering them to become catalysts for transformative change within their local communities.
CorpsAfrica/Rwanda has garnered renown for its steadfast commitment to grassroots development and community-driven initiatives.
