The cabinet reshuffle that followed the swearing in of Anastase Murekezi as the new prime minister saw three new women entrants to cabinet. Though most of them were not widely known prior to their appointment, their resumes and professional backgrounds point out that they are the right people for the job.

One thing they have in common is that neither of them had the slightest hint that they would serve in the Rwandan cabinet or that someone was watching how much effort they were putting into their respective offices.   During interviews with them and their family members Doreen Umutesi, sought to find out more about them and what they are looking to achieve in their new positions.
