Roll back Africa’s corruption cancer

Reference is made to Lonzen Rugira’s article, "The reshuffle shuffle” (The New Times, July 28). Public service is a major problem in Africa. We need leaders who’ll serve selflessly with honour and dignity. Yet corruption (self-enrichment) remains our biggest enemy.

I wish countries like South Africa (and the rest of the continent) can take a leaf out of Rwanda’s book.
