Trust Law Chambers appoint new partner

Trust Law Chambers has appointed Moise Nkundabarashi, a leading lawyer in Rwanda as the new partner in charge of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department.

Trust Law Chambers has appointed Moise Nkundabarashi, a leading lawyer in Rwanda as the new partner in charge of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department.

According to a statement from the law firm, the appoint takes immediate effect and "will greatly boost its litigation department”. 

 Nkundabarashi has a lot of experience in criminal, labour, family and commercial litigation.

"This new appointment will enable us serve clients’ needs better and strengthen the firm’s growth strategy,” Richard Mugisha, the Trust Law Chamber managing partner, said over the weekend. 

"Nkundabarashi’s exceptional command of complex litigation provides our clients a talented professional, who has vast experience in handling the most challenging cases,” he added.

Nkundabarashi said he had been working for five years as a sole practitioner.

"I am looking forward to contributing to the growth of the judicial system in Rwanda through providing necessary represantation expertise to clients.
