MC Tino has split from the group TBB and is heading to the US with Rabia

DJ Zizou still ‘crying’ over $200

Celebrated DJ Zizou known for hits such as Fata Fata and Bagupfusha Ubusa is still waiting for Tom Close to pay  his three-year-old debt. Our sources tell us that Dj Zizou, in a recent interview with a local news website, lamented how he has not been paid despite the fact that he has been patient for such a long period. In 2011, Zizou worked on Close’s album Ntibanyurwa before he won the Primus Guma Guma Super Star PGGSS 1. After winning, he disappeared until Zizou gave the story to the media which caused a rift between the two former friends. Tom Close later told the media that he would pay his debts if Zizou stops talking about him.  However, nothing has changed although Zizou didn’t go to the media again.

Mc Tino and Rabia off to USA

We might soon hear the last of singing group TBB after sources confirmed to us that Mc Tino, the lead singer will be heading to the United States of America. Our sources tell us that since he recorded One way ticket, a song with American singer Rabia, the two have been inseparable and this has not gone down well with the other members Bob and Benja.

It all started after Mc Tino was introduced to Rabia by Benja’s elder brother, Emma, who at the time was dating Rabia. However after they did a collabo together, they followed it up with a relationship. This annoyed Benja and Bob who threatened to leave the group if he continued the relationship. It is then that Tino broke the news that he will be heading to USA with Rabia. Although Tino says he is going to visit relatives and will come back, word has it that he is taking a one way ticket like his song says.

Mico is a father

After a lot of speculation, our sources have established that musician Mico The Best has a two months old son. Speculation started early last month that  Mico had sired a baby with a woman many thought is his future wife.

Mico has finally come out to confirm that  he has a baby whom he is trying to protect from media attention. Both mother and baby are doing well although Mico is yet to commit to settling down with the baby’s mother. Congratulations Mico The Best.

Mampa feuds with fellow artistes

Barely two years after leaving Nyarugenge prison over theft related offences, is Marshall Mampa in trouble again. He recently released a song, Ukuri, which caused uproar in music circles and was eventually censored by radio and TV outlets. Our sources say that Mampa is in hiding after artistes vowed to thump him because of the abuses he directed at them and the use of profanity language. In his song, he mentions names of some musicians who he says are infected with HIV/Aids as he goes on abuse the rest. Musicians mentioned in the song include Jay Polly, Ama G The Black, Bruce Melodie, Staff Sergent Robert, Senderi, Rafiki, Kamichi and producer Lick Lick. Others include King James, Christopher, Tom Close, Patrick Nyamitari, Feezy, Ray P, Dj Zizou, Bob, and Dream Boys, Urban Boyz, Kamichi, Knowless and producer Clement.
