My congratulations go to Prime Minister Anastase Murekezi. You are a long-time member of the cabinet, and like President Paul Kagame trusted you, we Rwandans are also behind you. But we need strong emphasis – supported with technology – on agriculture production, reforms in health sector and improved education, energy production…so that the standards of rural areas can become admirable and in effect uplift the quality of life of rural folks.
