I am not confident in our level of preparedness to handle Ebola in case it breaks out here.

 Our doctors have basic knowledge (hopefully) but they lack practical skills and experience in managing an outbreak of Ebola.

I suggest that we send a team of Rwandan doctors to West Africa to learn how to handle Ebola. Moreover, our laboratory scientists can also go for some short training in Uganda which has a BSL 4 lab, at least to know how to get samples, how to pack them and so on...
