On September 16, five deejays, out of the intial 10 contestants, secured their places to the finals Mützig Amabeats DJ competition sponsored by Bralirwa Plc. The judging criteria were diverse, encompassing factors such as technical skills, crowd reception, votes from Mützig beer purchases from the DJs' fridges, punctuality, and overall technique.

DJ Lenzo
Name: Lenzo Kubwayo
Age: 32

What inspired you to Never Stop Starting?
I’m inspired by the limitless potential of music and the thrill of continuous growth and exploration
What are your hopes/aspirations beyond the Mützig Amabeats DJ Competition?
I hope to play at iconic venues, travel the world and share my love for the music with diverse audiences, collaborating with other talented artistes, keep chasing my dreams.
DJ YOLO
Name: Alain Victor Dufitumuremyi
Age: 26
Residence: Nyarugenge
How long have you been a DJ? 9 years
What inspired you to Never Stop Starting?
Because I have a dream to become a superstar.
What are your hopes/aspirations beyond the Mützig Amabeats DJ Competition?
Beyond Mützig Amabeats, I aspire to elevate my artistry, perform at renowned venues, collaborate with talented artistes, and spread joy to people through my music.
DJ Dallas
Name: Abdallah Nkurunziza
Age: 23
Residence: Nyarugenge, Kigali
How long have you been a DJ?
Three years
What inspired you to Never Stop Starting?
Because I love deejaying, working hard and want to show my family that what I decided to be will work to me and I hope that one day It will get me where I never excepted to be. I will Never Stop Starting.
What are your hopes/aspirations beyond the Mützig DJ Competition)?
Being an International DJ and make much money.
DJ KAVORI
Name: Antipa Komezusenge
Age: 24
Residence: Kacyiru, Kigali
How long have you been a DJ?
Four years
What inspired you to Never Stop Starting?
There are three things that kept me going, first is the music passion, second I like to be self-reliant, lastly I want to give my younger siblings inspiration that can be useful in life.
What are your hopes/aspirations beyond the Mutzig Amabeats DJ Competition?
As I mentioned, being self-reliant on a big level and I dream to be one of the best DJs in Africa representing Rwanda. It will be a way of reaching my goals as giving my young generation an example to look up to.
