Georgie Ndirangu tells Collins Mwai about his fashion style and what he thinks every man should have.

What clothing items or accessories do you think every guy should have?

A nice fitting suit, a nice watch, a nice phone, a nice pair of shoes, nice cologne, and a nice pair of sunglasses.

What should be the priority clothing item this season?

For a casual or office look, a nice cream or turquoise shirt with solid cuffs, medium English collar, and slim fit stripes. 

What style or clothing items do you think should be avoided at the moment?

Baggy clothes. 

What’s your take on second hand clothes?

They are the most reliable when it comes to authenticity and unique relatable designs. However, avoid inner-ware, or personal attire like socks and hats for hygiene-related reasons. 

So where do you shop for clothes?

Online, thrift shops, personal tailors, and selected boutiques.

Do you prefer fancy brands (say Gucci) or do you look out for specific features of clothing items?

Brands are not necessarily as interesting because there is a huge chance someone else will have the exact same thing, but since my style is eclectic, I mix and match both brands. 

So what do you look out for when shopping for clothes?

Does it fit me properly, or can I get it fitted easily, and does it flatter my best features.  

Who inspires your dress sense?

Kanye West, Jimmy Fallon and the renowned stylist Dejon Marquise.

Are you a boxers or briefs man?

Briefs. 

What do you think makes a girl look great?

A nice unisex watch and a body flattering black dress.
