MPs debating Inheritance, Pension Bills

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Political Affairs, Gender and Social Affairs has currently examined 41 out of the 99 articles that comprise the draft law regarding matrimonial regimes, family donations and successions. The Committee, which is in recess today, will continue examining the Bill on Monday.

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Political Affairs, Gender and Social Affairs has currently examined 41 out of the 99 articles that comprise the draft law regarding matrimonial regimes, family donations and successions. The Committee, which is in recess today, will continue examining the Bill on Monday. 

The Bill aims to solve some of problems that in implementing the existing law, causing a number of succession conflicts. 

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Social Affairs is today examining the draft Pension Bill while the outgoing committees of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association will today handover to a new committee.
