POLICE FC STRIKER Jerome Sina has expressed joy after being recalled back to the national senior football team Amavubi ahead of the 2015 Africa Nations Cup qualifier against Congo Brazzaville.

Amavubi head coach Briton Stephen Constantine named Sina in the 30-man provisional squad which is preparing for the away game against the Red devils of Congo.

He said recently, "I am very happy for the call and am eager to use this chance to help Amavubi qualify to the group stages of the qualification campaign,”

"I believe we will stage fine performances against Congo. We are united and working as a unit will help us to realize our dream,” added sina.

Sina played for Rayon Sports for two seasons before heading to FC Lupopo without the club’s permission, a feat which saw him banned in 2012.

At the start of the 2013/14 Turbo King Football league season, Sina resurfaced claiming that his contract with Rayon Sports had expired and was on verge of joining AS Muhanga as a free agent but was later signed by Police Fc.
