Police handball club turn focus to Liberation Cup

POLICE HANDBALL club head coach Antoine Ntanganyimana has rallied his troops to maintain their current performance and win the Liberation Cup scheduled for July 12.

Police have so far won two trophies and among these include the Labour Day Cup and the Genocide commemoration Cup.

Police will be going into the tournament as favourites following their dominance in the national handball league.

"We should not forget our goals this season. This year is a new revolution for Police handball club and we want to win everything,”

"We need the Liberation Cup title and we will make it happen,” added Ntanganyimana.

The 2014 Liberation handball tournament will attract all handball clubs in the country competing in men and women categories.
