Umuganda is inspirational and its contribution to national development is far beyond economical to include the consolidation of social fabric is in a slow but sure motion process.

It should continue to be encouraged. Once fully owned by the people, Umuganda will undoubtedly make Rwandan society not only unique but a paradise of sorts. I thank the Government of Rwanda for promoting Umuganda.
