CONGRATULATIONS TO Mr Gilbert Ndahayo. It is important as a nation to acknowledge our talent as a way of encouraging and motivating our youth to aspire to greater heights. We need also to identify more talent and exploit it for the benefit of the country and the individuals. Heroes do not necessarily have to be politicians.
