WE ARE so proud of our leaders, we are so secure we work peacefully and comfortably to improve our lives and our communities. We can’t take it for granted because we know what we went through in the past.
I’m also happy for the cooperation that exists between Rwanda and our neighbours. The railway line project between Rwanda and Uganda is good news. It will only make us stronger.
