It is now one week since school opened, but it is so embarrassing that some of you are still at home.

I am hard on you today because I have met a number of school children who are still at home and seem not to be having any plan of go to school yet.

If I may ask those of you still at home, do you know that this is a third term?

If you keep on delaying going to school, you will find a lot of class work waiting for you and ll hence find it difficult to catch up with the rest of the students who reported on time. 

Besides going to school early, it is also important to go with all the school requirements including the school fees if your parents have given you.

This business of using the school fees for other personal things is not good. The school fees should be paid on time. In fact the day you reach school should be the same day you pay your  fees.

Otherwise if you keep the school fees in your suitcase, it might get stolen. It is wrong to use your school fees for other purposes. We wish you a successful third term.
