I wish to react to Sunny Ntayombya’s article, "There is no excuse for lack of running water” (The New Times, June 18).

I used to complain about water shortage too. But as the author said, there are things we hardly pay attention to. For example, installing a water reservoir tank is actually not expensive. There is a tank-making company that gives out plastic tanks to city dwellers on credit. People should keep more water reserves and stop complaining.
