Newly appointed Mukura coach Jean Baptiste Kayiranga has hit the ground running by signing three new players as he seeks a successful maiden season.

Kayiranga signed the trio three days after getting unveiled as the new coach of the Huye-based side. Among the new signings is Alphonse ‘Ndanda’ Nizeyimana, is a former Rayon Sports goalkeeper but spent last season at the relegated Esperance FC.

Other new arrivals include; winger Jean Claude Zagabe also from Esperance and striker Bertin Dusenge from Rubavu-side Marines FC. The trio signed a one-season contract.

"I signed the three players all on a one-year contract with possibility of renewal. I want to sign other ten players in the transfer market before the new season,” the 45-year old Kayiranga told Sunday Sport.

Former Rayon Sports, Kiyovu and Gicumbi coach also disclosed that he plans to retain only 13 players from the squad of last season.
