THROUGH UMUGANDA, Rwandans together with other foreign residents have always demonstrated their love to their country by participating voluntarily in the monthly community work. 

Therefore, if the government has come up with the vision to incorporate it into Buget, the programme will boost the socio-economic status of the people and hence lead to national development.
