Youngster Prince Rudasingwa is not part Rayon Sports 22-man squad traveling to Libya ahead of CAF Confederation Cup first leg tie against Al Hilal Benghazi on Friday, September 15.
The Blues will depart Kigali International Airport on Tuesday, September 12, aboard Ethiopian Airlines and they are expected to arrive in Benghazi on Wednesday, September 13.

Rudasingwa, 19, has had a bright start to the season, scoring two goals in four matches. However, he failed to make it in Rayon’s squad to Libya as head coach Yamen Zelfani has more attacking options in Charles Bbaale, Musa Esenu and Eid Mugadam Abakar Mugada.
Other players that the Tunisian coach dropped include Francois Mugisha and new signing Hakim Bugingo.
Rayon Sports President Jean Fidele Uwayezu is confident that his team can get a favourable result in the first leg so as to put a strong foot forward to the group stages.
"I&039;m not a magician but the management, players, fans and everyone else wants us to go to the group stages and that is the target," said Uwayezu.
"It requires eliminating that team (Al Hilal Benghazi SC), so we are well prepared and this is not the first time we are going through it," he added.
The Blues have played three games on the domestic league winning one and drawing two which has seen club fans having mixed feelings ahead of the continental game in Libya.
