Local Afro beat singer Adolph Bagabo aka Kamichi is set to shoot a new video in the US where he is currently working on a music project with Rwandan US based producer, Lick Lick.

According to his blog, Kamichi decided to shoot his video in the US to in order to utilise highly qualified producers and high-tech equipment that will give him desired quality of music. 

However, rumours in entertainment circles claim the singer has never stayed in the US. The speculation comes at a time when Kamichi is working on new music projects under Press One Entertainment which is owned by Meddy, The Ben, Kavuyo, Emmy and producer Lick Lick who have since settled in the US. 

On his blog, Kamichi takes time to give credit to his grandmother. "My grandmother taught me so much about Rwandan culture which is the basis of my music,” he says. Kamichi continues to talk about how his grandmother molded his character through counseling and discipline.

Known for hits such as Byacitse, Aho ruzingiye, Ngwino undebe, Imitoma, Kamichi is a former radio presenter and a music events organiser. He is in the US visiting relatives and is expecting to be back in June.
