Messengers, a gospel choir, received an outpouring of love from their fans during their first mega concert, which took place on Saturday, September 9, at the Gikondo Expo Ground.

The event was live-recorded and drew a substantial crowd, comprising both young and old attendees. The stage was initially graced by Shakira and Provy, two exceptionally talented young girls, followed by Jonathan Jay, a gospel solo artist from the DR Congo.

Messengers made their grand entrance, clad in black suits, to the applause of the audience. They kicked off their performance with five captivating songs.

The songs "Iyo Avuze" and "Sinziheba" took center stage during their concert, prompting everyone to rise to their feet and dance. Some even moved closer to the stage to sing along with Messengers.

The highlight of the evening was the appearance of Israel Mbonyi, the main guest of the concert, who took to the stage at 9:25 to a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the audience.
