Midfielder Djabel Manishimwe has joined Algerian Ligue 1 side USM Kenchela for an undisclosed fee.
The Rwanda international, 25, moved to Mukura Victory Sports on loan from APR after he was told that he was not in the club’s plans anymore.
He played two league games for the Huye-based club this season before he agreed to a move to Kenchela.

"An excellent player who will be an addition, God willing, to the federation. A regular player with the Rwandan national team," the club announced after after the signing of Manishimwe.
The talented offensive midfielder was the skipper of APR before falling out with then coach Adil Mohammed in the 2022/23 season.
He subsequently lost his place in the team after Ben Moussa took over and was mostly on the bench.
Kenchela, who finished 8th in the Algerian Ligue 1 in the 2022/23 season, are coached by Mourad Okbi.
