"Applaud for Somalia for the huge move forward,” she said at a seminar which gathered presidents, secretary generals and media officers from member associations of the Council of Eastern and Central Africa Football Associations (Cecafa).

The Cecafa secretary General Nicholas Musonye said the regional football governing body was very grateful to Fifa for making efforts to make sure that the region benefits from such very important seminar.
