RWANDAN OFFICIALS will be part of other Cecafa administrators invited to take part in the two-day Fifa seminar on communications which starts today in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Fifa Secretary General Jerome Valcke, who will be accompanied by other seven officials of the Zurich-based Fifa, will officiate the event.
Presidents, General Secretaries and heads of communications from 12 Cecafa member associations — Burundi, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somali, Sudan, Sudan Kusini, Uganda and host Tanzania — have been invited to take part in the seminar.
The Rwanda football federation administrators going to for the seminar include; federation president Vincent Degaule Nzamwita, Secretary General Olivier Mulindahabi and Marketing Manager Patrick Kagabo.
The seminar is part of a series of development events initiated by Fifa, with the objective of engaging its member associations in a landmark consultation process.
