Gospel singer Patient Bizimana’s Impumuro yo Guhembuka album launch last Sunday was worth the wait. The 10-track album is a collection of gospel hits.
The concert was held at Kigali Serena Hotel and it was attended by several Christians as well as prominent gospel artistes.
The Impumuro yo Guhembuka album comprises songs such as Amagambo Yanjye, Mana Yanjye, Mutima Wanjye, Ndanyuzwe, Ubwo Buntu, Nushimwe, Wankuye ku Cyavu, Roho Yangu and King of Kings, among others.
Artistes who performed at the event included Gabby Irene Kamanzi, Aime Uwimana, Sonia Irakoze, Aline Gahongayire and Burundi’s praise and worship singers Dudu Niyukuri and Fortran Bigirimana.
Bizimana had a successful 2013 after he bagged two awards. He was Best Male Gospel Artiste of the year 2013 and his song Menye Neza was voted the Best Worship Song of the year.
