Ferdinand Gakuba who entered the competition via email won the first award of a DSTV kit fully connected with three months subscription.
He was among the 2,000 SMS and 4,200 email competitors.
According to management of Tele 10, at least 123 people predicted correctly that Spain beat Germany by a score of one to zero via SMS and 20 via email.
The second prize went to Verniste Karinda who entered the competition via SMS. He won an all expenses paid two nights-for-two at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel.
The third prize went to Lumineuse Mutoniwabo Sage who entered the competition via SMS.
She was awarded with a dinner for two at Flamingo Restaurant.
It is the second time Tsinda competition was held in Rwanda. The first was during the European Champion’s League final in May this year.
Asked about how he felt after winning, Gakuba said he was very happy beyond his expectations and he didn’t know how to express his feelings.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Tele 10 customer care service supervisor Pacifique Barihuta thanked all the sponsors for making the competition a success.
She also thanked their partners and various media houses for their support and collaboration.
