THIS IS good news for Rwandans. I thank the Ministry of Health which has nurtured the scheme up to its maturity. 

Rwandans, especially those living in poorest conditions in the countryside had enjoyed health care with quality so far.

I believe that now the scheme will be empowered enough, but I only hope that the principle of equity will be respected under RSSB as it is the case in Ministry of Health.
