The fast foods business dynamics are poised to change after Woodland Pizza Inn and Chicken Inn opened shop in Kigali, unveiling a new approach to satisfy market demands by enhancing efficiency in service delivery.

"We have analysed the market and discovered that there is still a mismatch between customer needs and what is actually offered. We want to fill that gap by offering more friendly, quality, affordable memorable services to customers,” Emmile Mulego, the managing director of the Nyarutarama-based Woodland and Rimas Holdings, said.

He added that the enterprise would provide a more personalised service to suit different types of clients.

Albunus Kithokoi, the Pizza Inn and Chicken Inn manager, said it is important to understand customers’ tastes and preferences to serve them better.

He said the new eat out offers a variety of pizzas, including American pizza, Mediterranean pizza and vegetable pizza.

Started in 2009, Woodland is an amalgamation of various business entities, including the famous K-Club, Woodland Supermarket, Safa bakery and Woodland coffee shop.
