Trevor Louck, Music and piano instructor at the university said under the programme different kinds of music will be taught.
Currently, 17 students attend piano classes.
"Our goal is to expand this programme and make it more available to more students, we don't want it to be for only the rich but affordable to everyone who wishes to join," said Louck
Ismael Ntahiranya a music student at the university explains why he joined the choir: "When I was singing with friends, they told me that I had a talent. Being part of the choir will hone my skills and improve my voice with the help of an expert."
