THE COMPLETION of One Dollar Complex is a laudable development. Congratulations to all involved for a job well done.

At least 192 students and survivors of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi will find proper shelter as well as a conducive environment to focus on their studies. 

I am hoping that AERG and FARG have put in place mechanisms on how the building will be maintained, and also how to help organise life in and around the building in a way that conveys happiness and avoids stigmatisation.

THIS IS a project that could have not been possible in many of the African countries, largely because of corruption and funds embezzlement tendencies. 

This is what Rwanda can do – to contribute towards viable important projects, entrust a committee to oversee its implementation, and the later hand-over a complete project. 

Yes, there were a few barriers but they were handled in time and never posed as stumbling block to achieving this noble end result. Thanks to our able Government.
