Editor,
REFERENCE IS made to Joseph Rwagatare’s article, "The real Rwandan story is here, not in foreign capitals” (The New Times, March 4).
Pessimism has been part of humanity since time immemorial. Judah Iscariot, one of the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ, was given few coins to betray his master.
Even the planners, executors, and those denying the inhumane and barbaric acts of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi are humans with the same morphological set up like any Rwandan, but with chocked and contaminated thinking.
A sadistic approach to feed an insatiable thirst for human blood has become part and parcel of their lifestyle. They shamelessly try to twist their agenda to fit their inhumane projects.
I have a very strong conviction that Rwandans experienced enough and cannot allow another genocide to take place in this country. I don’t think there is any Rwandan who will just sit and be cut into piece by a militia.
The dissidents should change their agenda and come home and do business – reconstruction business. That’s what we are doing in Rwanda.
