Jean Paul Nyirubutama, the RwandAir deputy chief executive officer, has said the newly-acquired Q400 NextGen aircraft’s modern cabin and superior performance will help the airline build new markets "where regional air service today is served by older-generation jets”.
"This aircraft will firmly support RwandAir on our path towards growth and increased profitability,” added Nyirubutama.
The 67-seat aircraft was unveiled last week in Toronto, Canada.
