Dear Editor,
Yesterday, on Peter’s visit to the upcountry faced it hot from one area of Kabuga in Kibungo eastern province, pupils whistled and threw stones at him.

This man attempted to call the children who observe that the man was angry; alternatively they all vanished while laughing at him.

One of them who he didn’t identify by the names raised his abusing sound onto him.

Then he assessed him self what if he adamantly abuses the bewitching person can’t he send his magic to him? And what can happen to the parents moreover?

Peter was very sad to leave place when has not seen these children to at least teach them a lesson on disciplinary matters.

Then peter remarked why parents teachers and guardians shouldn’t use much energy in promoting disciplinary values to the children.

Who is to blame? Are they children or the care takers of them? There he concluded that such stage demands enough control from caretakers.

Peter from Kiyanja area requested the parents, guardians and the teachers who mostly associate with infants to incorporate and manage them in order to save this generation from being harmed any wrong person.
