President Paul Kagame on Thursday, August 31, met the recently elected National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling party, RPF-Inkotanyi, at the party headquarters in Rusororo, Gasabo District.
This was the first time Kagame, who also doubles as the party Chairman, was meeting the executive committee that was elected with him this year on April 2, during the sixteenth RPF-Inkotanyi Congress.
