AFTER a successful debut of Gibralter –iherezo ry’rugendo, his first movie, local film maker and producer, Jerome Mugabo is working his second movie titled-The First Born.

The movie is about how ancient Rwanda treated young girls after giving birth out of the wedlock.

 "The reason I’m working on this movie is to educate the population that although it’s not good to have children out of wedlock, the child should still be treated like any other child,” he said.

Mugabo is currently writing the script of the movie. However, he could not confirm when the movie will be released to the public.   

According to Mugabo, his movie features a child born out of wedlock but turned out to be a liberator of the community. Mugabo, who is also the Production Manager of TV 10, says that his movie will comprise of many local film actors to promote the movie industry.
