As schools resume on Monday, unique traffic congestion is expected to cover the whole city of Kigali.

Not even the Kigali city only, but it has in most cases been seen in other upcountry cities where the main taxi parks are located.

Transport fees are also expected to rise beyond reach. If you take an example of what happened to these students last time on their way back to school, quick action is needed.

Transport companies are kindly requested not to seek for immediate abnormal profits from these students. It has caused many of them to delay the start of their school term.
