Dear editor,
There have been great disappointments as far as keeping time is concerned in Rwanda.
In almost all occasions, guests of honour take time to arrive, people wait, and yawn and some leave before he/she arrives.
Similarly you may go to attend a wedding ceremony for example and the time schedule is changed with a great difference.
If you were to stay for three hours, you end staying for the whole day.
This is very backward and the whole Rwandan society should change as they all seem to respect TIME in the same way.
Surprisingly, even those who complain today make the same mistake tomorrow.
This cycle is boring events should end. And if we do not change, we shall remain behind.
Time is the most expensive thing. Everything we do needs time and we cannot prosper if we do not use our time sparingly.
The primitive talk of the so called ‘African time’ has over lived and expired. You either go with changes or be left behind by events.
