THE Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education (Inatek) has agreed terms with right attacker Patrick Akamuntu ‘Kavora’ and left attacker Adolph Mutoni from Nyanza Volleyball and APR. The Ngoma-based team has agreed a one-year contract with two players as part of boosting their chances of winning next season’s silverware according to head coach Dominic Ntawangundi Sesonga. Sesonga also said that the team will sign more players who are yet to be revealed so that they can compete on a higher level next season. "We have agreed everything with the players in question and we want them to play for us such that we can have a strong side to help us win next season’s title,” Inatek will kick off preparations for next season in two weeks’ time at Ngoma ground and Sesonga believes they will make much improvements compared to last season’s performances."Our team is progressing slowly and we are so optimistic ahead of the new season but we must prepare well and put on a brave fight against our rivals,” he added. Last year, Inatek lost Richard Muhirwa to Kigali Volleyball Club and international setter, Pierre Kwizera Marshal is likely to join Umubano Blue Tigers while right attacker Fravier Ndamukunda is yet to know his destination.
