Members of the British Conservative party will highlight their working tour to Rwanda with a Twenty20 cricket game this Saturday at Kicukiro Oval.
They will be part of a British fraternity side that will take on a veteran Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) side in the shorter version of the game.
The game that is expected to be graced by a couple of local government dignitaries will start at 1pm.
Ahead of the game, RCA’s President Charles Haba who will also double as captain for the Rwandan fraternity has anticipated a close contest.
"We have played them a couple of times before and they are not to be taken lightly,” Haba said.
The British fraternity side will be captained by Peter Thomas, the deputy British ambassador to Rwanda.
