Editor,The transport challenges experienced in the City of Kigali last year were largely linked to the attitudes of service providers. I personally blame the three transport companies contracted to transport passengers around town.

If you watch them closely, you’ll notice that they are obsessively interested in getting more cash than serve their customers.Unfortunately, the market competition room to these companies is still too small.
