The national Paralympics committee is lobbYing for sponsorship ahead of the Seatball World Cup that will be staged on November 17 in Kigali.

With less than two months to go, NPC is yet to receive any offers despite several requests to different corporate companies.

According to NPC’s Ely Manirarora, time is running out, "We are running out of time because we can’t make any preparations without funds”.

ORTPN, MTN, Sulfo Rwanda, Bralirwa are some of the companies being targeted by NPC.

So far, the Ministry of Sports and Culture is the only one that has agreed in principle to support the global event.
The event will be jointly staged in the NPC gymnasium and Amahoro indoor stadium.
