All roads will this Saturday lead to the Kigali Free Trade Zone in Nyandungu, for the first ever electronic music festival to be held on the streets of Kigali, dubbed the Revelation Festival. Pang DJ, from the US and DJ Africano from South Africa, will be in the country to entertain concert goers. They will also be joined by DJ Toxxyk and DJ Makeda from Rwanda.The festival is organised by Plur Creations.Habib Karim, the events manager at Plur Creations, said that the festival is aimed at bringing people together and enjoy music on the streets."We want Rwandans to have something new in the entertainment scene and that is why we are adding electronic music to the menu. At the festival, we will be playing progressive, electronic and house music,” he saidKarim said there will be free transport for those that will attend this year’s festival at pick up points of KBC and UTC. He added that there will be plenty of eats and drinks that will be served by different hotels in townThe gig begins at 8p.m till dawn. The entrance fee is Rwf5000.
