The New Times’ senior sports journalist Bonnie Mugabe, last Friday walked his beautiful long-time girlfriend, Guilaine Umuhoza down the aisle at Christian Life Assembly in Nyarutarama.Thereafter, the bride and groom hosted their guests at a glamorous reception held at Sports View Hotel in Kicukiro.The reception attracted the sports and media fraternity,  with prominent sports names in attendance.The beautifully decorated reception hall was filled to capacity by friends and family for both Bonnie and Umuhoza. A traditional dance troupe excited the guests with the popular ‘Igishakamba’.Notable among the people who attended was the national team coach Eric Nshimiyimana as well as heads of different sports federations and club representatives.On November 30, Umuhoza had introduced Mugabe to her family in Kinyinya Sector, while on December 12, the couple held their civil marriage.Congratulations to the newlyweds.
