Of course, you have heard all about fatty foods and how you should avoid them.Anastasie  Mukakayumba,  from Rwanda Association of Diabetics, says fruits and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the damages caused by some conditions such as smoking, sunlight, which cause wrinkling and age sports. So, for dessert, "Vitamin C is   the most antioxidant, and the best sources are, guava, oranges, pawpaw, mangoes, strawberries, sugarcane etc. They all help to produce collogen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin,” Mukakayumba says. She adds that to stay safe, the skin needs more water to control, dehydration and not to make your skin dry, wrinkling, tired, on Christmas instead of drinking too much alcohol and smoking which  can age the skin, just take five to seven glasses of water to diffuse waste products in the toxins that the organs rejected. To get enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats, which cannot be made in the body and must be obtained through the diet, instead of beef with a lot of fats, just  eat  fish, chicken and plants sources such as coconuts, groundnuts, beans  among others.Sylvester Nsabimana, a  nutritionist, beans, porridge and other slow-releasing carbohydrates low in sugar gives you durable energy.  Biscuits and other sugary drinks increase insulin and damage the collagen.
