I’ll spend my Christmas in Rwanda, says ex-Spice Girls

The mother of three said: “Christmas is different every year. Last year we were in Australia and it was lovely but this year we’ve decided to go to Rwanda. We will probably have our own Christmas in LA with ­stockings, presents and a big roast dinner. “I said to the kids do you want to go to Africa and see lions, tigers and bears, or stay at home and watch TV all day? It was a no brainer.”

Mel B will spend Christmas in Rwanda.

Melanie Janine Brown, born 29 May 1975, better known as Mel B or Melanie B, is an English R&B and pop recording artist, songwriter, dancer, actress, author, television presenter and model. 

Brown rose to fame as a member of the girl group the Spice Girls, in which she was famously known as "Scary Spice”. She is known as Mel B in order to distinguish her from her Spice Girls bandmate Melanie C.
