Dear editor,
Umuganda took another step last Saturday when members of UK conservative party embraced it.

Umuganda is all about public awareness on self-help initiatives, aimed at maintaining the already existing infrastructure in a clean state.

It is good that even foreigners who have been asking what it is all about, to have come to know why we get involved in such activity. It is not a waste of time as some people think.

Therefore, I invite all foreigners to join us whenever we are in Umuganda. It is wrong to find some of them indoors as if they are not concerned at all.
