Afrobeat singer Adolphe Bagabo aka Kamichi will launch his new Mudakumirwa album today at Kigali Serena hotel.Kamichi will be joined on stage by Maria Yohana Mukankuranga, Riderman, Ellion Victory, Amag The Black, Jules Sentore, Bruce Melody and Mani Martin among others.The 10-track production includes some of his popular hits Amata abyaye amavuta, Ako kantu, Barandahiye, Sinazuyaza, Nga yamabati, Mudakumirwa, Kutereta, Uyu mwanya and Kutereta."I want to give my fans what they expect from me and other artistes. I invite all music fans to come and enjoy the best performances,” said Kamichi.The live concert starts at 7p.m and ends at midnight. Kamichi, 30, rose to fame in 2009 after the release of Zoubeda, a single featuring The Ben, which was voted the Best Song at the 2010 Salax Awards. He has participated in two seasons of Primus Guma Guma SuperStar, an annual nationwide music competition.
